About the Role: 

Medvidi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Care/Customer Support Manager to oversee the operations and performance of the patient care department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a proven track record of leading successful patient care teams.

Outstanding listening skills, a genuine interest in fostering teamwork, a willingness to provide honest feedback, build strong cross-functional processes and collaborations, extreme ownership and result-orientation are keys to the success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve department goals
  • Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate department performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other department heads to streamline processes and improve overall patient experience
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Report daily to COO and Head of MedOps of any service gaps
  • Responsible for achieving department goals.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years prior experience in direct patient care setting;
  • Working knowledge of the Healthcare guidelines, rules and regulations;
  • Possesses key competencies including superior communication skills, conflict management, organization and time management, as well as decision-making;
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
  • Proactive in actions;
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills;
  • Seven (7) plus years of proven experience in Director of Customer Service role or equivalent;
  • BS or BA or equivalent education and experience;
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles;
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Advanced written and communication skills;
  • Seven (7) plus years of proven experience in a Sales or Sales Support role or equivalent.
