Video Production Specialist (Tier II or I –
Professional or Expert Level)
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to manage the CWF’s Content Team as a Video Production Specialist.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, under the supervision of the PR-Specialist and President, the successful candidate will use their talents to tell the story of CWF, its constituent parts, and become the primary storyteller conveying the key messages and general ethos of CWF both internally and to CWF’s current and future stakeholders that the visual/audio medium.

- The Video Production Specialist identifies, mobilizes, and promotes the best ideas within the philanthropic, venture capital, and cultural markets. The primary mission of the role is to produce best-in-class content for CWF with an innovative lens.
- Digital Content: Responsible for quality, timeliness, and delivery of video content. This member of the team will manage and coordinate CWF video and recording priorities, primarily for the Americas. The Specialist also manages its volunteer talent network, including building, booking and at times, coaching for best outcomes. Must be comfortable to use data generated from the offering to formulate ideas and pitch them with confidence. Must work well within a team.
- Technology: Maintain video technology best practices and proactively provide feedback and ideas to the CWF Information and Technology team to improve the product.
- Risk & Controls: Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency. Coordinate approval processes, which includes working with various CWF stakeholders including but not limited to those who we serve in the #DepositorsFirst Program, in-house legal counsel, and our Public relations specialist.

- Self-starter, great creative taste, can adopt to happily complying to the proper use of development/approval systems, high energy, strong interpersonal, public speaking and problem-solving.
- Experience in roles such as but not limited to an Editor, Assistant Editor, Online Editor, Production Assistant, Producer, Director of Photography.
- Basic knowledge and the financial markets and the various predominately US-based sociocultural issues of our time.
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop required. After Effects, Illustrator) required.
- Proficiency in modern digital media standards and image, video/audio formats and codecs.
- Familiar with basic color correction
- Experience with on demand video sites, such as: YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn.
- Experience in professional film lighting and audio equipment.
- Proficient knowledge of Motion Array, Canva, and Public domain images/sounds/video & publication/plugin-in freeware.
- Proficient knowledge of Copyright Law so to best navigate the IP issues relevant to content creation and publication.
- Proficient knowledge in publishing content optimized for top SM and Podcast platforms.
- Experience developing graphic or branding guidelines.
- Experience in assisting with on-screen hosting / interviewing.
- Experience developing graphic or branding guidelines.
- Experience in time-sensitive content production (e.g., news production or journalism).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years video production and editing, preferably in new media, cyberpunk styled tones but can adjust accordingly as required to a more corporate tone.
- Will provide a portfolio, reel, or links to previous professional work for review by CWF’s President and Marketing Manager.
- 19 hrs./wk. & can work a FT job concurrently with your volunteer role insofar you can fulfil your volunteer commitments. You may also dedicate yourself FT to this volunteer role if you wish insofar doing so is permitted by state and federal law (consult with our HR Director if you are short-listed and advise your state of current residence).
- Measure and track outcomes.
- Experience working on coalition-based campaign to gain scaled amplification of CWF’s primary messaging.
- Develop and meaningful ties within the TVP community with whom you can recruit to assist you in your role and in CWF in satisfying its first duty to the public.
