Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team at Delta Air Lines in London, England. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: – Answering client inquiries and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner – Resolving client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently – Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction – Assisting clients with booking and managing their travel arrangements – Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience – Providing support with administrative tasks and documentation as needed
