Your mission
As a product manager, you are responsible for one of our product lines in one of our business domains. You will drive and coordinate the development and operation of this product - owning all related fields, such as business goals, customer relations, stakeholder, and financial interests. This results in leading our cross-functional teams to ensure the most valuable implementation and operation - initializing projects, driving organizational changes, and finding the right people to do this.
We do have some challenging needs to deliver on. You will set the course for all your product features defining all business requirements for the functional and non-functional perspectives. Thus you will have full responsibility for your business domain.
What you will be doing
Own your product - own your business domain
Create the overall product roadmap for your business domain
Control all the domainâs business goals, marketing activities, and customer relations
Know all related stakeholders, market constraints, technical constraints, and feature requests
Live and establish product management within Hishab
Work closely with our senior management to continuously align your business domain with the overall company portfolio and strategy
Break down your business requirements into requests towards our delivery teams
Develop and maintain your domain documentation as an integral part of Hishabâs knowledge base
Drive the process of collecting, rationalizing, and implementing corrections, updates, improvements, and expansions to your product
Represent your goals as an active stakeholder of Hishabâs delivery
Live and represent a continuous improvement mentality and the awareness for your reliable product management throughout the company reflecting about capabilities, performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of your domain
Plan and continuously control the operation of your product
Drive user training, team training and onboardings
Shape your team in accordance to a continuous improvement mentality and control of the operation of your product
Develop reporting capabilities to drive performance metrics
Lead the internal and external product communication, product marketing, and customer service
Regularly communicate the progress of development and operation to our senior management
