We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with solid understanding of the unregulated FX/Binary industry, its players, platforms, business models and current marketing strategies to launch a new revolutionary product for the global market.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of CIS, Asian and/or African markets;
- Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing within the industry;
- An established network of IBs and partners would be considered an advantage;
- Ability to prepare annual marketing plans, set budgets and analyze the market and competitors;
- Fluent in English. Russian language is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the company;
- Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy;
- Develop a brand strategy;
- Set and administer an annual marketing budget;
- Create and manage an affiliate relationship and market expansion strategy;
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary;
- Manage and refine the company’s social media presence;
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs;
- Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research.
