Positioned as a bespoke consultancy with a sole focus on the Medical Device Industry, we have defined verticals and a clear strategy to become the partner-of-choice for companies in the space.

The role:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be tasked with establishing our brand within a niche therapeutic area of Medical Devices

Leverage your expertise in the medical device sector to source, screen, and place top talent in key positions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and services.

Harbour ambitions to build a team and expand the business.

You:

12+ months experience in the Medical Device Recruitment Industry

Proven track record of billing £200k+ in a calendar year

An open-mind to joining a start-up business with a fully-remote setup

Self-motivated and attuned to your own strengths/weaknesses

Strong written, verbal and mathematical skills

Demonstrable experience of managing 360 processes

Key eye for detail and CRM management
