Role Summary:
The Role of Senior Operations Specialist will provide training and operational assistance to multiple departments within Administrative Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain superior knowledge in our internal operations, administrative functions, and client services. Directing team to correct departments for client needs.
- Training and Development for new Service Support Teams staff. This consists of onboarding new Service Support Team Staff, advancing existing Team Members knowledge/skillset in applicable job functions, enhancing their job performance, and instilling best practices. May include creation of learning and development materials/content.
- Perform functions in the Defined Benefit Service Team.
- Perform functions in the Aggregation and Monitoring Team including key client support.
Required Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent work experience in the retirement industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Well organized and ability to lead and be a part of a team.
- Advanced knowledge of the various Microsoft Office products
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in the retirement Industry
- 5+ Years management experience
- Basic knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements affecting pension and savings plans
- Defined Benefit calculation experience
- Salesforce Experience

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.
Base Salary Range:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00
