Job description

This is a full-time, work-from-home role. Digital Nod is seeking an ambitious, smart, and target-oriented individual to generate sales to join the business development team. A candidate with basic experience in sales or lead generation can apply for this role. The role is also open to freshers who are enthusiastic to learn and are able to quickly grasp from the training we will provide.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills – verbal and written (Verbal Skills, Command over Language, Fluency)
  • Ambitious and aggressive approach towards sales
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a sales role (preferably in PR agency or a media company or a media agency or a digital marketing agency)
  • Good understanding of responding to leads, conversing with clients over email
  • Diligent, persistent with strong follow-ups

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new opportunities and clients, build a sales pipeline
  • Generating leads via cold calling, emailing, social media, and others
  • Reach out and book sales via prospects from different mediums such as email, social media, etc.
  • Consistently reach out to old customers from the database provided and book sales
  • Competitor analysis: Should keep a close eye on the work done by competitors and come up with strategies to acquire those clients.
  • Meeting the agency’s business targets
  • Record and maintain information on business closed, ongoing projects, etc. on an ongoing basis in the agency’s in-house systems and records.

Compensation

· Basic in-hand salary: The range will be between INR 2.4 to 4.2 lacs per annum depending upon prior experience.

· Incentive structure: There will be incentives in the form of commissions involved. These will be discussed in detail during the interview.

Candidate has the flexibility to work from home or any location of their choice.

Timings: 6.00 pm to 3.00 am IST (adjusted as per daylight savings)

The work shift is as per Eastern Time
