Role and Responsibilities
A full-time Level 1 IT helpdesk analyst is required and will include the following day-to-day activities.
- Desktop support
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- RMM management
- BSystem Administration
- Network troubleshooting
- Manage IT support incidents/requests/changes
- Logging and updating tickets
- Provide remote support to customers via remote connection tools
- Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents
Skills and Requirements
The successful candidate will hold the following key attributes:
- Minimum of 3-6 years’ experience in a similar role
- Technical experience with desktop support
- Active Directory Management and Administration
- Microsoft 365 Administration and Support
- Remote Monitoring and Management experience
- Mac OS X, Any Linux/Unix variants
- Network troubleshooting knowledge
Certifications preferred
- MS-900
- AZ-900
- CompTIA IT Fundamentals
- CompTIA A+
