The Offer:

  • Implement and maintain training plans, from onboarding to continuous professional growth opportunities.
  • Engage with various teams to identify and tailor relevant training needs. Bring new educational solutions to maintain excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead training sessions. Determine and share efficient methodologies to incentivise continuous learning and development.
  • Develop new training materials, assess and improve them continuously by reviewing processes and seeking feedback.
  • Document employees' progress and communicate outcomes to the dedicated managers.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian, French or German and solid communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or similar roles with training and development responsibilities.
  • Ability to connect with employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong time management, prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and using digital platforms for online and in-person training .
