Accounts Payable Clerk

About the Business Division:

Central Services is a division of M3 EU Ltd. It's purpose is to be a shared finance resource for all divisions within M3 EU Ltd. Services provided are A/P, Payroll, HR, Credit Control and all aspects of Accounting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable processing
• Staff Expenses processing
• Staff Credit Card processing
• Ensuring timely payment to all suppliers and staff
• Processing all bank transactions for payments on a daily basis
• Non supplier payment processing (PAYE, Pension, Payroll, Donations, Honoraria, Contra’s, Corporation Tax, VAT, Ad hoc)
• Recharge Sales Invoices
• Preparation of monthly A/P schedules
• Preparation of annual audit schedules for A/P

• Previous experience in a similar role – at least 2 years
• Strong System skills (Knowledge of Barclays.net and NetSuite an advantage)
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong communication skills
