Job Description

This role is primarily responsible to provide day-to-day administrative support and coordination related to employee data management in compliance with the service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.

  • Perform intermediate to advanced tasks related to employee data management
  • Ensure accuracy of all data processes and entered in HR systems
  • Gather information and documentation from relevant stakeholders to assist in investigating and in resolving issues
  • Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution
  • Maintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required
  • May assist with preparing reports as required

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools  
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
  • Experience working in outsourcing, shared services, or a similar model with compensation-related roles or other similar functions is preferred
  • Experience using Oracle, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, or other similar platforms and tools is preferred
  • Open to any shift schedule (Early Morning, Morning, Mid, and/or Night Shift)
