Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Account Management and Customer Growth to join our burgeoning client's team, a leading SaaS product development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both nurturing existing client relationships (farming) and actively seeking out new opportunities for growth (hunting) through upselling and other strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
  2. Manage a team of account managers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop targeted campaigns for customer expansion.
  5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


Requirements
