Your missions

This is a remote position.

  We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our growing online Insights Community www.bluedotcomuna.com


Major responsibilities headings:

       Community Support – Responding to queries and concerns raised by community members

       Community Wellness -  Assess all member interactions and processes. We need to become more member-centric to keep them happy and engaged

       Community Research - Conduct surveys of members to identify pain points and opportunities. This will include assessing our rewards structure

       Community Growth and Expansion – Assisting with campaigns to grow the Jamaican community and expand to other countries

       Project Enquiries – Responding to business enquiries for new projects

      

 

 

 

2Degree of Supervision received:

       Moderate, success in the role requires initiative and problem-solving

Requirements

Solid organizational skills, agility and time-management

Project Management Certification is a plus.
