As Director of Marketing you will drive revenue growth for our SaaS and services-based solutions by directing all online and traditional marketing initiatives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. A critical focus is building SEO/SEM programs and overseeing product content and product marketing.
Work with the CEO to develop marketing strategies and tactics that support revenue goals
Manage a team of marketing professionals
Create lead generation programs to grow target markets, with a heavy focus on developing inbound marketing through SEO/SEM
Manage product content production which includes educational webinars, promotional videos, online training programs, expert content and building a network of subject matter experts
Write marketing content
Develop event strategies including webinars and tradeshows
Develop customer marketing programs
Manage the company web site
Assist in preparing and monitoring consistent presentations & other materials used company wide
Essential duties
Achieve the company’s revenue goals and objectives
Manage marketing to quantifiable quotas and metrics within the marketing budget
Communicate effectively with peers and employees as a key member of the team
Excellent writing skills, including original authorship of thought leadership content and marketing emails
Identify and solve any obstacles to successful execution

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, within a SaaS environment.
Experience with marketing to associations a plus.
Track record in delivering revenue results
Ability to manage multiple and competing objectives, demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change, ability to prioritize and juggle to consistently meet multiple, short deadlines
Experience managing internal and external teams
Working knowledge of CRMs, CMS, and Email marketing tools.
Superb organizational, written and oral communication skills required.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
