Job Description:

As an accomplished Oracle SCM Solution Architect, you will spearhead the Supply Chain facet of our digital transformation endeavors. Your pivotal role will entail orchestrating the project team through the entire spectrum of activities, from requirements elicitation and solution design to product setups and integration strategies. Ensuring excellence at every step, you will meticulously review deliverables and uphold quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior consultants and imparting invaluable insights into industry best practices and implementation methodologies across all phases of the implementation process. Your guidance will be instrumental in nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our team.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications including Order Management, Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, PDH, Quality, and Planning.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, encompassing strategic planning and oversight.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience within a professional services company.
• Proficiency in the SaaS implementation lifecycle, spanning requirements gathering, process validation, design, CRP (Conference Room Pilots), configuration, build, and testing phases.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling effective interaction and expectation management with senior management stakeholders, project team members, and client representatives.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and ensuring project success.
• Strong analytical acumen coupled with clear and concise communication abilities, as well as proficient planning and coordination skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM modules, with a focus on Order Management.
• Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex Oracle SCM implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to supply chain and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team management.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM functionalities, configurations, and integration with other modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Fusion SCM Certification(s).
• Experience in leading a team of SCM consultants on multiple implementation projects.
• Knowledge of related Oracle Cloud modules like Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.
• Familiarity with industry-specific SCM requirements (e.g., retail, manufacturing, distribution).
• Experience with third-party integration tools and technologies.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance and contribute to the development of SCM roadmaps for clients.

Note: The preferred qualifications are desirable but not mandatory for the position.

This Oracle SCM Solution Architect role is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM modules and extensive experience in implementing solutions for clients. The candidate should be adept at managing both the technical and functional aspects of SCM implementations and should possess strong leadership and communication skills for successful client engagement.

Travel: up to 25%

US Base Pay Disclosure

Accelalpha follows a fair and equitable payment practice, taking into account many factors such as the candidate’s skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the expected base salary range is USD $170,000 to $190,000.

In addition to the base salary, this position includes an annual performance bonus, and other benefits such as 401(k), healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Please consider that some benefits are voluntary and may require economic participation both from the company and the employee.

Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
