Job Description:

Join our fun team as a Freelance Recruiter with Manpower Malta, a leading force in talent acquisition. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our dynamic recruitment team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for our diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • To identify market potential by qualifying accounts.
  • To initiate sales by scheduling appointments, understanding client requirements and making initial presentations.
  • To close sales by building rapport with clients.
  • To identify and attack new business opportunities.
  • To take on various vacancies from various clients and match them with suitable candidates.
  • To expand sales in existing accounts by developing new leads and applications.
  • To accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • To recommend new services by evaluating current results and identifying needs to be filled
  • To create and implement an efficient customer and candidate database
  • To manage the entire process of recruitment, selection and placement of low, middle and top profiles related to IT.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be based within a +/-2 time zone from Malta
  • Proven experience as a Freelance Recruiter or in a similar role within a recruitment agency.
  • Understanding IT essentials and requirements is a must.
  • Sales driven with a can-do approach.
  • High level of organization and communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

The successful candidate will work on a competitive commission-based compensation with the flexibility to work fully remotely.
