We are looking for a Marketing TA Lead.

The mission of an MKT Talent Acquisition Lead is to identify, attract, and recruit top MKT talent for an organization. This involves working closely with the MKT leadership team to understand their hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and building relationships with potential candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive MKT talent acquisition strategy: The MKT Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing and implementing a recruitment strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This includes developing recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies, defining recruitment processes and procedures, and identifying and leveraging recruitment tools and technologies.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior complex MKT positions: The MKT Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for certain senior complex MKT positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interviewing, and making offers. They are also responsible for ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and according to Trafi’s defined process

  • Manage TA Team MKT Cluster: plan and align with the members of the MKT cluster what are the best ways to find talent, work setting up goals for the cluster members, help remove blockers and give visibility to issues that need to be discussed.

  • Build relationships with MKT leaders and hiring managers: The MKT Talent Acquisition Lead must build strong relationships with MKT leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure that recruitment efforts are aligned with those needs. This involves regular communication, collaboration, and feedback.

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies: The MKT Talent Acquisition Lead must develop and execute effective recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract top MKT talent. This includes developing and promoting the company's employee value proposition, creating compelling job descriptions, and leveraging social media and other marketing channels to reach potential candidates.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies: The MKT Talent Acquisition Lead must continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to ensure they are efficient, effective, and cost-effective. This includes monitoring recruitment metrics and analytics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as necessary.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners: The MKT Talent Acquisition Lead must develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners, including staffing agencies and job boards, to ensure a strong pipeline of top MKT talent. This includes negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.

  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics: The MKT Talent Acquisition Lead must develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement. This includes tracking key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with HR business partners and MKT leaders: The MKT Talent Acquisition Lead must collaborate with HR business partners and MKT leaders to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new MKT hires. This includes developing and implementing onboarding programs, communicating with new hires, and ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
