Your missions

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM L3 Technical Team Leader to backfill an existing role in our Business Applications support team.This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established and successful company, operating in a rapidly growing market. In this role, you will work within a busy support area in Codec to deliver a high quality of support service to our customers. You will manging a number of L2 and L3 direct reports. There is a strong focus on productivity and resolving issues within Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Responsibilities:· Escalation engagement with customers regarding support issues and change requests.· Being an escalation point for complex Dynamics 365 CRM issues and related technologies.· Work closely with developers and PMs to ensure implementations are in line with transition standards.· Collaborate with Customers to analyse and address requirements.·Work to achieve SLA targets per customer and deliver on the Support Team’s KPIs. ·Adherence to standard tools, processes, and practices as defined.·Supporting your direct reports and other team members with their on-going development and career progression.·Conducting quarterly reviews for your team.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:· 4 year(s)+ experience in Dynamics 365 CRM technical/senior role or a software development background· Proven experience managing others, either with or without direct reports.· Configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 CE including Plugins, Java Scripts, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Service Bus· Perform Power Platform System Administration including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, PowerApps Portals, Power Automate and CDS· Addressing issues with other elements of the Microsoft Technology Stack where applicable (Dynamics 365, ASP.NET MVC, SharePoint, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)· Debugging and tracing Plugins, Custom activities and Azure functions· knowledge of relational databases and familiarity with SQL· Microsoft certifications e.g. D365/MCTS / MCPD etc· Knowledge of Visual Studio, DevOps and XRM Toolbox
