**100% Remote in Texas or Michigan

Must Have Qualifications:** - High level AWS and Cloud background - SD-Wan and networking knowledge - 7+ years of management expereince - Expereince in compliance and Governance - Enterprise level expereince - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

Plusses: - Mortgage/Fiancial services experience or from a highly regulated industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for leading a team of around 12 Engineers across Support, Systems, Networking, Security, Telephony and Cloud practices. They will aslo be overseeing some indirect reports as well. We are looking for someone with strong technical acumen and knowledge who also has strong manegement and interpersonal skills. They will be respnsible for helping the organziation through their cloud and digital transformation journey. We need someone who can oversee areas such as budgets, planning, forecasting, developing road maps, and people development. This person will be resonsible for communicating with key stake holders and clients. This person will be responsible for managing large, complex technical projects.

Compensation: $140-$160K + 15% Bonus**
