Your missions

Greentalent is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market. On behalf prestigious companies that provide EPC services for the natural gas, wind and photovoltaic sectors, we are looking for a:**

Technical Asset Manager - Renewables

The ideal resource has a Bachelor in engineering studies (preferably Mechanical or Electrical). He/she has relevant professional experience of at least 2 years in similar position. The profile will efficiently and effectively manage all Operation-related technical and administrative activities according to the established standards for Country assets in Germany.

Main responsibilities : - To manage windfarm operation directly and/or through the contracts in use, monitoring and analyzing production; - To analyze and manage plant failure causes by coordinating the problem, to evaluate and implement opportunities for cost reduction and/or improve plant performance; - To ensure that the SPVs comply with all legislative and regulation requirements particularly potential general audit-related obligations; - To activate the necessary procedures with Insurance & Reporting following accidents deriving from accidental plant faults; - To manage commercial and technical-administrative aspects with regards to: intercompany relations, main suppliers, local authorities, Operation contracts management; - To manage the agreements with contractors in charge of property wind farm maintenance.

Skills & Requirements: - Excellent in MS Office tools; - Knowledge of SAP ERP would be a plus; - Mother tongue German; professional / fluent English (written and oral); - Ability to work as part of a team and good communicational skills; - Good knowledge of the wind energy production processes and assets.
