City Wonders is currently seeking skilled and experienced Tour Leaders to join our teams in Barcelona. As a Tour Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing our guided tours and day trips from Barcelona, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a high level of satisfaction among our travelers that is reflective of City Wonders' world-class standards.

Requirements:**

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) with excellent verbal communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of the city and its surrounding regions, including popular tourist destinations, historical landmarks, and local customs.

Previous experience as a Tour Guide or Tour Leader is preferred, but not required.

Ability to engage and captivate audiences of varying backgrounds and age groups.

Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth operation of tours.

Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch tours and experiences in Barcelona's most iconic destinations.

Lead guided tours to various destinations outside of Barcelona, including day trips and bus tours.

Provide informative and engaging commentary about the history, culture, and attractions of each destination.

Ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all tour participants throughout the journey.

Interact with customers and address their questions, concerns, and needs in a friendly and professional manner.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and personalized attention.

This is a consultancy based role and you would be working for the company as an independent contractor. More on this will be given at interview stage.
