Job Overview :
PixFirst.com is looking for passionate graduates to join us to manage and support French clients and team.
This is a fully remote position. You can work from anywhere if your internet connection is great.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Support for French clients by co-coordinating between the french client and Indian technical operation's team.
- Attend meetings whenever French clients or stakeholders are present to facilitate easier communication.
- Provide translation services for products. Help us in overall communication.
- Direct interaction with clients via Email and ticketing system will be required
- Give product feedback to streamline operational processes (optional)
As a translator, you'll need to:
- read through original material and rewrite it in the target language, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained
- research legal, technical and scientific phraseology to find the correct translation
- liaise with clients to discuss any unclear points
- proofread and edit final translated versions
- retain and develop knowledge on specialist areas of translation
- follow various translation-quality standards to ensure legal and ethical obligations to the customer.
Requirements
Skills required :
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French
- MS Word/ Excel / Google Docs
- Capability to understand and follow any operational process is important.
- Should be able to work well within a team and as an individual contributor
Qualification :
- Graduate BE / BTech
- MBA / MCA
Experience :
- 2 to 8 years of experience
- BPO experience (preferred)
