About PixFirst:

- PixFirst.com is a French startup, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Paris, with the Technology and Operations team based in India, Bangalore.

- We have built a complete digitalised eco-system for school photography.

- PixFirst makes school-photography creative, more revenue generating, professional and hassle-free.

Job Overview :

PixFirst.com is looking for passionate engineers to join us to manage and support European clients.

This is a fully remote position. You can work from anywhere if your internet connection is great.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Tech support for French clients using in-house ticketing system.

- Client on-boarding and account setup

- Complex PSD to PixFirst-digital-product transformation

- You will be working directly under the account managers of our clients.

- Direct interaction with clients via Email and ticketing system will be required

- Maintain operational efficiency and meet support deadlines

- Give product feedback to the dev team to streamline operational processes.

Requirements
Skills required :

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- MS Word/ Excel / Google Docs

- Capability to understand and follow any operational process is important.

- Should be able to work well within a team and as an individual contributor

- Knowledge on PhotoShop will be a huge plus

Qualification :

- Graduate BE / BTech

- MBA / MCA
