We are seeking Research Integrity and Ethics Manager who will oversee all aspects of AIP Publishing’s ethics operations including policy development, prevention, detection, investigation, and resolution of potential cases of misconduct across all publications. They play an important part in defining and implementing our research integrity strategy.
Responsibilities will include devising prevention and detection programs, developing procedural guidelines and case reporting structures, and creating new documentation to meet the challenges of the changing landscape of editorial and research misconduct.
Additionally, you will explore and innovate methods of misconduct detection, review procedures and protocols to improve efficiencies, and proactively work on developing and deploying training and educational programs for internal staff, Editors, authors, and researchers.
