Your missions

A Visual Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs that not only capture the attention of the target audience but also effectively communicate the message of the brand, product, or service. This role involves a blend of creative skills and technical knowledge, with a focus on digital and print media. The job description for a Visual Designer may include the following key responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:
  1. Design Creation: Develop visual design elements for various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, social media, advertisements, and print materials.
  2. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design elements adhere to the company's branding guidelines and contribute to the development of a cohesive brand identity.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand their design needs and translate them into compelling visual concepts.
  4. User Experience Enhancement: Incorporate user-centered design principles to create designs that offer a seamless and engaging user experience.
  5. Prototyping and Wireframing: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
  6. Feedback Incorporation: Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
  7. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure that the designs remain fresh and relevant.
  8. Asset Management: Manage and produce digital assets, including graphics, layouts, and multimedia components.
  9. Project Management: Manage design projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and working within budget constraints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in visual design, including composition, color theory, typography, and creative branding.
  • Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma).
  • Understanding of web design and mobile app design principles, including responsive design.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
  • Attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
