Job description

BlackStone eIT, a renowned software company, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our software products by defining and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer needs, defining product vision and strategy, and creating and maintaining the product backlog. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to ensure that the product meets customer expectations and delivers value.


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is properly prioritized and aligned with the product vision.
  • Work closely with the development team to refine requirements, define user stories, and provide clarity on product features and functionality.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
  • Ensure that the development team understands and delivers on the product vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure that the product meets the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.
  • Manage and communicate product releases, including release planning and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and designs
  • Proven experience in gathering and analyzing customer needs and translating them into product requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering customer value.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage requirements.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
