Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and implement high-performance, reliable, and scalable web applications using Node.js and AEM.
Customize and extend the functionality of AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet specific project needs.
Integrate external systems, APIs, and third-party services with Node.js and AEM applications.
Ensure the security, performance, and efficiency of applications by conducting code reviews, performance optimization, and debugging.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Node.js, AEM, and related technologies.
Maintain documentation for developed applications, including technical specifications and user guides.
Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces and back-end functionality.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Node.js, AEM, and web development technologies.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and expertise.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience of 4-9 years as a Node.js and AEM Developer, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for web content management and development.
Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Knowledge of front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with cloud platforms and serverless architecture is advantageous.
Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex requirements and provide efficient solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
