Role: Chatbot Developer

Experience: 6-8 yrs

JD -

Should be proficient in chatbot development frameworks like Microsoft bot framework.
Knowledge of NLU services for intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.
Understanding of user experience principles for creating a chatbot with a user-friendly interface and conversation flow.
Having knowledge of Azure and SAP will be addon.
