BGV is must 
Strong RDMS, Oracle and/or ANSI SQL skills
Experience with an industry-standard ETL tool e.g. SSIS, Talend Open Studio, DataFlux Data Management Studio, etc.
§ Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good documentation/report writing skills
