Job Description:-

Required Skill:

Experience in minimum 1 end-to-end Implementation and 2 support projects.
• Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology
• Experience in Enhancements using User-Exits / BAPIs
• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong client-facing experience
• SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP Convergent invoicing and FICA modules
• Detailed configuration - FI-CA components: Main/Sub, Payment Hierarchy and other financial functionalities, Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns), Account Determination, Settlement Rules, Collection Agencies, Write-Offs / Value Adjustments, Refunds, Security Deposits, Installment Plans.
• SAP BRIM- FICA Data Model and Data Setup
• Knowledge for setting up data through standard FICA transactions
• Must be aware of FICA Processes like: Dunning, Write Off, Installment Plan, Security Deposit, Payment Lot, Returns, Refund, and Reversal.
• Must be aware of G/L Accounts with Main and Sub Transaction
• Experience in Integration with Billing & FICO.
• Experience with Approval workflows for Various Payment/ Write-off Approvals
• Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support
• Experience with gap analysis and FS, test scenarios, conduct trainings, FUT and provide defect management support.
• Good to have Experience across RAR and SOM ingratiation.
• Should have experience in FI modules such as New GL/AR/AP/AA/Bank accounting.

.Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Experience in FICA, specializing in design, configuration & integration with FICO and CI
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
