Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs and pain points.
Product Planning and Roadmapping:
Work closely with product managers to define and prioritize features based on business value and
customer impact.
Create and maintain product roadmaps to guide the development team and stakeholders.
User Stories and Acceptance Criteria:
Break down high-level business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance
criteria.
Ensure that user stories align with business objectives and user expectations.
Communication and Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective
communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure a
shared understanding of requirements.
Backlog Management:
Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and strategic goals.
Continuously refine and adjust the backlog in response to changing business needs and priorities.
Quality Assurance:
Work with the QA team to ensure that delivered features meet the defined acceptance criteria and
business requirements.
Participate in testing activities and provide feedback to the development team.
Feedback Analysis:
Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Use feedback to iterate on product features and enhance the overall user experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
