B. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced Bookkeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience, familiarity with U.S. accounting practices, and proficiency in Excel. The role involves working on accounts payable (AP) in the books, reconciling bank transactions, and performing data compilation for research analysis. 

Responsibilities:
● Classifying bank transactions in the general ledger
● Performing reconciliations and research data compilation
● Handling intercompany transactions, payables, and receivables
● Matching accounts receivable (AR) and preparing journal entries for payroll
● Participating in a virtual office environment, communicating and collaborating via Google Hangouts and G Suite

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)

  • Familiarity with U.S. accounting practices

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Experience with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and the G Suite

  • Ability to work during U.S. daytime

  • Strong English language skills

  • Self-directed and able to work independently

  • Experience in bookkeeping and handling AP and AR tasks

Salary range: Php 70,000-92,000 per month
