Job description

We are looking for Business Analysts of all levels ( Junior, middle, Senior). You will be responsible for assessing and validating business activities to determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements. Using sophisticated methods, metrics, and tools to achieve the business benefits and corporate goals in areas such as requirements gathering, validation, process mapping, and process optimization across all sectors. You will bridge the gap between the business requirements elicited from users and stakeholders, the functional and business requirements and processes are translated into formats suitable for all your stakeholders including solution architects and developers from which specifications, design, and application configurations will be built.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing requirements
  • Eliciting, translating, simplifying, and prioritizing requirements and creating conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
  • Master operational business process modeling, traceability, and quality management techniques
  • Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
  • Manage all stakeholder groups across the business to support project outcomes by facilitating meetings and workshops
  • Ownership of requirements gathering, process mapping, data flows, and all other business analysis deliverables
  • Creation of business requirements documents, functional specification documents, and traceability matrices
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; writing specifications.
  • Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
  • Document as-is and to-be processes, (in line with BPMN), creating a range of business and IT-specific documentation. With the ability to include user scenarios as required
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Provide translation between business and IT stakeholders as required
  • Support projects end to end on every phase of delivery
  • Must be able to build effective and functional relationships across the business with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Understand and communicate the financial and management operational impact of any changes
  • Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and report

What you will need:

  • Business Analyst experience in a business environment and IT projects
  • Strong educational background with a minimum of bachelor’s ( in Computer Science or relevant fields )
  • A proven track record of delivering successful business analysis within parallel projects
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in requirement gathering processes and methodologies, including the project lifecycle
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite and ARIS
  • Able to demonstrate a basic understanding of the deployed technologies across the enterprise and of multiple system platforms
  • Demonstrable strong written, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills and can articulate complex solution
  • Experience of varied scales of operational change implementations
  • A naturally positive attitude and an inclusive approach to building partnerships, well organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to understand business needs and work with stakeholders to propose and deliver cost-effective solutions
  • Possess strong cross-group negotiation, influencing, and conflict/issue resolution skills
  • Ability to problem solve in an innovative and flexible manner being able to adapt to changing circumstances promptly
