Drive implementation of QMS models like ISO 9001/EFQM/COPC/ESCM etc. across the organization and in various client accounts
Drive implementation of Process improvements through Lean/Six Sigma and PDCA
Responsible for Project governance including identification, approval of project charters, tracking of project status, effective closure of projects and delivery of targeted financial and metric benefits
Manage and conduct the Internal QMS audit, SOW audits and transition audit processes
Manage Idea generation and best practice sharing forums
Manage Quality internal communications
Periodic reporting to management on improvements achieved.
Mentor Process improvement projects to successful closure to achieve targeted improvements and financial benefits
Identify and develop end-to-end process transformation opportunities and strategic profit improvement initiatives
Lead new process design (Designing As-is and To-be Process Mapping) and propose alternate business process designs
Promote and govern sharing of best practices from other locations/processes to improve process performance
Design and Impart Training Operational Excellence Tools (5S, RCA, Lean, Six sigma, Standard Work,
Continuous Improvement, Tiered Accountability & GEMBA) to BBs, GBs and YBs and others and evaluate training effectiveness
Support & guide staff on quality related projects as a part of their career development plans.
Lead Tech M efforts towards preparation for quality related audits both internal as well as external
