Desenvolvedor Senior / Staff full stack com foco em frontend

Responsabilidades
- Trabalhar em projetos transversais web e react native, com foco em frontend, que alavanquem a produtividade do time e qualidade da entrega, tais como nosso design system;
- Implementar e desenvolver ferramentas que melhorem a experiência de desenvolvimento frontend
- Ministrar, ocasionalmente, treinamentos que elevem o nível técnico médio do time em frontend
- Trabalhar em conjunto com o time mais voltado para a parte de backend / cloud para assegurar que estamos chegando em soluções que façam sentido

Requisitos
- Sólida experiência com desenvolvimento frontend web;
- Conhecimento em React JS e/ou React Native;
- Conhecimento sobre PWAs e service workers;
- Alguma familiaridade com desenvolvimento backend, em especial conhecimento sobre padrões de API;
- Boas habilidades de comunicação e foco no trabalho em equipe

Diferenciais
- Já ter trabalhado com design system;
- Já ter trabalhado com microfrontends;
- Conhecimentos sobre acessibilidade (WCAG);
- Conhecimento sobre otimização de performance nos fluxos de busca de dados (data fetching)
