• Content Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, reader preferences, and competitive landscape to inform content strategy decisions.
  
• Content Planning: Assist in the development of content plans and editorial calendars for our e-book catalog, considering factors such as genres, themes, and publication schedules.
  
• Audience Segmentation: Contribute to the identification and segmentation of target audience groups to tailor content strategies and messaging accordingly.
  
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with authors and editors to optimize e-book content, ensuring it aligns with the target audience, meets quality standards, and supports our publishing goals.
  
• Metadata Enhancement: Work closely with the metadata team to enhance e-book metadata, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and categories, to improve discoverability and reader engagement.
  
• Content Promotion: Support the promotion of e-books through various channels, such as social media, newsletters, and partnerships, to increase visibility and reader engagement.
  
• Performance Analysis: Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of e-book content, utilizing analytics tools and metrics to make data-driven recommendations for content optimization.
  
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including authors, editors, designers, and marketing professionals, to ensure effective content planning and execution.
  
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of content strategies, research findings, and performance analysis for future reference.

Requirements

• Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Publishing, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze data, market research, and reader insights to inform content strategy decisions.
  
• Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative and engaging content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
  
• Research Abilities: Proficient in conducting research, gathering insights, and interpreting data to drive content planning and optimization.
  
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey content strategy concepts, collaborate with team members, and liaise with authors.
  
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency and accuracy in content planning, metadata, and promotion materials.
  
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, industry trends, and emerging technologies within the digital publishing landscape.
  
• Passion for Books: Demonstrated passion for books, reading, and the digital publishing industry.
