Your missions

We’re looking for a student with passion in interacting with different kinds of people, and is willing to help the Talent Acquisition/HR Team to achieve their goals. We require someone with a great personality and someone who is not a quitter. As a Recruitment Intern, you will mainly be responsible for the whole recruiting process, including identifying potential candidates up to the whole candidate onboarding procedure.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates
  • Post job advertisements to job boards and other social media platforms
  • Review applicant resumes in order to evaluate applicant eligibility
  • Facilitate the entire hiring process (conduct interviews, schedule interview with hiring manager, monitor pre-employment requirements, and conduct new hire orientation)
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related degree
  • Strong ability to interact professionally with candidates at all levels
  • Can work for a minimum of 3 months
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
