Marketing Coordinator

Our sights are set on becoming the leading, industry-standard graphic design agency… That’s where you come in, we are looking for a strategic leader that can be apart of the direction and growth of the company but who can also lead by example as a master marketer. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, delivery, and execution of the companies marketing and communication plans and budget to support the companies sales targets.

• Lead the team on industry, technical and product knowledge
  
• Collaborate with executives to develop and execute a marketing strategy
  
• Develop sales forecast driven calendar and milestones for tactical deployment of marketing plans
  
• Establish a sequence of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
  
• Expand marketing and communication efforts beyond traditional methods
  
• Meet marketing targets and KPIs on-time and on-budget

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field, Master’s degree preferred
  
• 3-5 years of experience in the marketing field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  
• Extensive knowledge of advertising and design jargon
  
• Expertise in marketing and communication tech-stacks
  
• Advanced editorial-style writing and communication skills
  
• Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.
  
• Confident, driven, and dynamic leader.
