Sales Cloud Consultant
Responsibilities
• Work directly with clients in order to elicit business requirements & document business processes
• Configure Salesforce applications in Sales Cloud, with a focus in the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry
• Implementation and customization of client Salesforce solution projects that involve but are not limited to Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrations to ensure scope and client expectations are met
• Work with Sr Consultants, Project Managers & Developers to ensure successful implementation & deployment
• Utilize knowledge of healthcare industry to consult on client business pain points & offer sound technical solutions
• Support a variety of client projects, acting as point of contact for client questions and concerns, ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
• Salesforce Certifications Required: Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant
• 2+ years of experience customizing Sales Cloud
• Previous experience working in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device spaces
• Preferred experience: Conga Composer, Einstein Analytics, System integration, Health Cloud
