Your missions

LOCATIONS: North America, Argentina, Europe, and India.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
5+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role, ideally in a dynamic startup setting.
Demonstrated proficiency in:
- Programming languages: Python, Ruby, PHP
- Databases: SQL, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle
- Database design and RDBMS
- Testing: Unit and Functional Testing
- Operating Systems: Linux/UNIX
- API design and implementation
Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams at various stages of their careers.
A track record of managing projects from ideation to completion as a leader.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Advanced degree, preferably BS or MS, in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
The knack to understand and articulate technical and business challenges and solutions.
Enthusiasm for learning and mastering new technologies.
Core competencies include:
- Agile methodologies
- Porting and Software Configuration
- Diverse Programming Languages and Frameworks
- Business analysis and acumen
- Analytical prowess
- SQL Performance optimization
- Microservice architecture design
- Familiarity with AWS services: EC2, RDS, S3, SQS
- Tools & Frameworks: Kafka, Celery, Flask, Django, Supervisord, MongoDB
- DevOps experience
- Project Management tools: Jira, Clubhouse.io, or similar
- Expertise in payment systems
- Experience with Websockets
