Senior Level Reporting Analyst

PCG Consulting group is a dynamic and innovative technology-driven organization that partners with health, education, and human services agencies to improve lives. We're currently partnered with Deloitte and is looking for a Senior -Level Reporting Analyst to join our team.

We are looking for a professional Senior Level Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for developing and enhancing various reports essential for effective decision-making within the organization. The primary duties include developing or redesigning existing reports to meet evolving needs, collaborating with program teams to establish reporting schedules, engaging with clients to understand their reporting preferences, and designing interactive dashboards to facilitate data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Report Development: Develop or redesign existing reports, such as status updates, progress tracking, and milestone tracking, as required by the organization. This involves analyzing data sources, identifying key metrics, and presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
2. Collaboration with Program Teams: Work closely with program teams to establish a reporting rhythm that aligns with project timelines and milestones. Ensure timely delivery of data to support informed decision-making by program managers and stakeholders.
3. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their reporting requirements and preferences. Adapt reporting approaches to meet client expectations and provide value-added insights tailored to their needs.
4. Dashboard Design: Design intuitive and interactive dashboards using reporting tools and software. Customize dashboards to suit specific client reporting needs, enabling users to easily interpret and analyze data for decision-making purposes.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Data Analytics.
• Proven experience in report development and data analysis.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and software such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends or patterns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and engage with clients.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality reports and dashboards.
