Description

PCG Consulting group is a dynamic and innovative technology-driven organization that partners with health, education, and human services agencies to improve lives. We have partnered with Deloitte and are looking for a Senior Performance Management Technical Support Liaison.  


In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming performance management processes, tools, and templates into configuration requirements for technical solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing performance management tools and templates, contributing to the overall improvement and alignment of performance management processes across the organization. 

Requirements

Transform Performance Management Processes: 

  • Analyze and understand existing performance management processes, tools, and templates. 
  • Translate performance management requirements into detailed technical configuration specifications. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions meet the organization's performance management objectives. 

Enhance Performance Management Tools and Templates: 

  • Evaluate current performance management tools and templates for effectiveness. 
  • Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with relevant teams to implement enhancements. 
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding performance management tools. 

Review, Update, and Align Processes: 

  • Contribute to the review and update of performance management processes. 
  • Ensure alignment of performance management practices across different departments for consistency and effectiveness. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement. 

Comprehensive Rollout Strategy: 

  • Aid in the development of a comprehensive rollout strategy for new performance management processes, tools, and templates. 
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth implementation, including testing and training phases. 
  • Provide ongoing support during the rollout to address technical issues and user concerns. 

Stakeholder Interaction Plan: 

  • Devise and implement an engaging stakeholder interaction plan. 
  • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and addressed. 
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users, facilitating effective communication and understanding. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. 
  • Proven experience in performance management and technical support roles. 
  • Strong understanding of performance management tools and templates. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence positive change. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
