System Administrator

Are you ready to take your system administrating skills to the next level?
We are seeking a skilled and motivated System administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, networks, and servers.

All you need is to have experience with:

• Linux/Windows/MacOS client and server OS administration;
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components;
• Repairing or replacing damaged hardware;
• Basics of networking technologies, including TCP/IP protocols, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.;
• Backup and recovery tools: Acronis Backup or similar;
• Upgrading systems to enable compatible software;
• Installing and upgrading antivirus software;
• Testing, evaluating and implementing new technologies, hardware and software;
• Virus removal techniques and practices;
• Defining software, hardware and network requirements;
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues;
• Writing technical instructions for employees;
• Basic experience in Jira administration.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Setup and administration of OS Windows, MacOS, Linux, assets management, networking;
• Backup systems administration (setup, regular checks, storage management, destruction);
• OS updates installation and checks;
• Employee technical support;
• Installation and setup of predefined software;
• Office equipment and network devices setup and maintenance;
• IT Security management and maintenance;
• Employee devices purchases, setups, maintenance and updates;
• Malfunction and issues solving and prevention;
• Device lifecycle maintenance.

• A 30-minute interview with a member of our HR team to get to know you and
