**Freelance Role - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer**

Job Title: D365 CRM Developer

Location: Belgium (remote)

Job Description:

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, customize and configure the CRM system, and ensure seamless integration with other business applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
   
2. Design, customise, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs.
   
3. Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom integrations to extend CRM functionality.
   
4. Perform data migrations and integrations with other business applications.
   
5. Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM configurations and customisations.
   
6. Collaborate with other developers and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
   
7. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features and technologies.
   

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, with a focus on Dynamics 365.
  
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
  
• Experience with customisations and configurations in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including entity customisation, workflows, and plugins.
  
• Knowledge of data migration strategies and integration patterns.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are a plus.
