This is a remote position.

• Salary: Php 40,000 - 50,000

The Client is an expert multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy offering Architects, Developers, Builders and Homeowners with over 24 years’ experience in Engineering Design. The company was established in 2017 and has expanded to provide engineering services Australia wide.

They have the capability to cater to projects ranging from small residential projects to large commercial projects. They cater to all development types, ranging from granny flats and small extensions through to multi storey high rise developments, commercial and industrial developments, and everything in between. The Client has also been involved in over $100 million in projects for their clients.

They are a professional multi-disciplinary architecture consultancy offering Developers, Builders and Homeowners sustainable and working architectural designs. Company was established in 2018 and has expanded since to provide consulting services throughout Australia. Our team specialises in taking our projects from "survey to approval" with an in-house collaborative process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and drafting of various projects across a range of sectors.
• Assist the project manager and CEO in the delivery of the projects.
• Responsibility for the technical delivery of projects.
• Involved in all elements of the project life cycle.
• Preparing, writing and presenting of proposals
• Meeting and delivering to the clients.
• Preparation of reports, plans, designs, and certificates.
• Liaise with the project manager, key stakeholders, other consultants, and government agencies.
• Knowledge in Australian construction and BCA/NCC Codes or willingness to pick them up quickly.
• Knowledge or Willingness to learn the local council guidelines.
• Maintain and develop working relationships with the clients.

Requirements
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience
• Hold a Bachelor/Master of Architecture preferred.
• Knowledge of the relevant softwares, such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe, and Microsoft Skills.
• Demonstrate a positive 'can-do' attitude and be a team player.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
