Requirements
Position: Fusion HCM Consultant (Oracle Time & Labor) - P2/P3/P4
Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Fusion HCM Consultant with expertise in Oracle Time & Labor. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly Global HR, Absence Management, and Time Management. The consultant should possess the ability to work with HDL, HSDL templates, and perform mass uploads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Core HR: Execute mass onboarding, mass salary uploads, modify users' personal profiles, manage users' work assignments, implement DFF (Descriptive Flexfields), assign users' roles, and set up BPM worklists.
2. Time Management: Manage users' timecards, implement projects and tasks, and modify HCM rules.
3. Oracle Quarterly Upgrade: Investigate quarterly upgrades, inform the business about upcoming changes, conduct pre-testing and post-testing, initiate Critical SR (Service Request) creation if testing fails, and propose new ideas from quarterly upgrades to improve business processes.
4. Strong Conceptual Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of P2P (Procure to Pay), R2R (Record to Report), O2C (Order to Cash), A2R (Account to Report) cycles, and budgeting and forecasting.
5. HDL, HSDL Templates, and Mass Uploads: Utilize these tools for onboarding, absence management, and managing users' personal data.
6. Functional Design and Communication: Prepare functional design documents and effectively communicate with the technical team regarding extensions, custom integrations, and reports.
7. Sub Ledger Accounting: Possess a good understanding of sub-ledger accounting principles.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud BI reports will be a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle SQL and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is beneficial.
