Key responsabilities:

  • Implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions focusing on talent modules and ensure they are robust and future-proof.
  • Guide clients on best practices and innovations in SAP, facilitating process walkthroughs to align business needs with solution functionality.
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices and conduct training sessions for key users.
  • Collaborate with international teams to share knowledge and drive innovation within the Cloud Business Line.

Which tasks can you expect?

      Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in the talent modules. 
      Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies. Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality. 
      Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations. 
      Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users. 
      Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support. 
      Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation

What do you have to offer?

  • Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation of the modules SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management, and/or Succession & Development, another module would be considered positively.
  • Experience configuring Job Profile Builder, and Talent Intelligence Hub is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
  • SuccessFactors Associate P&G and S&D Certifications. 
  • Good understanding of HR process. 
  • High level of English language. German, French or Dutch is nice to have.
  • You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing. 
  • You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuously improve.
