Position: Fusion HCM Consultant (Talent Management) - P2/P3/P4
Job Description:
We are seeking a Fusion HCM Consultant with expertise in Talent Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Recruiting and Core HR, Compensation and Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Talent Management. The consultant should have hands-on experience in executing end-to-end recruiting solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud and be proficient in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solutioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management: Demonstrate proficiency in Talent Management processes within Oracle HCM Cloud, including Recruiting, Core HR, Compensation and Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Talent Management modules.
2. HCM Implementation: Participate in at least 1-2 HCM implementation projects, ensuring successful project execution and delivering quality solutions.
3. Requirement Gathering and Solutioning: Conduct requirement gathering sessions, perform fit-gap analysis, and propose appropriate solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
4. Global Implementation: Experience in global implementations is desired, with an understanding of the complexities and requirements associated with multinational organizations.
5. Additional Modules: Experience in HR Helpdesk or Learning modules within HCM Cloud is an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
1. HCM Cloud Technical Expertise: Possess technical expertise in HCM Cloud, particularly in extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
2. Payroll Interfaces: Experience in creating payroll interfaces using extracts, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
3. BI Publisher Reports: Proficient in creating BI Publisher reports using various templates such as RTF, Excel, and e-text, to generate comprehensive and customized reports.
4. Data Migration and HDL: Skilled in migrating/uploading worker data, absences, goals, security settings, and other relevant data using HDL.
5. Personalization and Security: Familiarity with personalization and security aspects within HCM Cloud, ensuring a secure and tailored user experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in HCM Cloud implementation and Talent Management.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules is advantageous.
