Job description

This is a remote position.

Fusion HCM Solution Architect –P4/P5

·         Key thought leader, contributor and proactive collaborator to define and align the technical and architectural vision for the program solution with other solution and system architects

·         Provide strategy and solution support for Oracle HCM Core HR application, with broader overarching understanding and support for Oracle HCM Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting and Security

·         Participate in determining the system, subsystems, and interfaces, validate technology assumptions and evaluate alternatives

·         Align the customers short/long term roadmap and features with Oracle’s new release cycles, Regression testing for patches, business enhancements and production break-fix solutions.

·         Identifies any enabler capabilities and features and remove architectural gaps and impediments

·         Promotes adaptive design and engineering practices, facilitates the reuse of ideas, components, services, and proven patterns across product teams

·         Serves as change agents that combines their technical knowledge (Reports, Extracts, Integrations, extensions and configurations) of Agile principles with an intrinsic motivation to improve the company’s software and systems development processes

·         Works closely with the Client team and the roles within the pods (e.g., Business Analyst, Application Development Team, QA, etc.)

 

Minimum Education:

·         Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

 

Minimum Related Experience:

·         10 years of experience of Oracle HCM Fusion applications with thorough understanding of HCM Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations between various Oracle HCM applications such as: Core HR, Benefits, Compensations, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting and Security

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly understand the business HR concepts, converting them into technical solutions, while considering the broader cross-module Oracle HCM impacts.

·         Strong understanding of Workflow and notifications

·         Reporting capabilities (BIP /OTBI) - Security aspects and how they are controlled

·         Thorough understanding of Job/Function/Data securities/Areas of Responsibility

·         Solid understanding of PaaS to SaaS integration framework

·         Successful track record in delivering IT solutions on time and on budget.

·         Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and administration and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills required.

·         Demonstrate successful working relationships with all levels of IT and Business Partners.

·         Exceptional customer service orientation and collaboration skills.

·         Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, remote environment.

·         Good Project management skills, planning and organization skills desired.

·         Strong skill level with Oracle Fusion HCM, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment
